These Terms are here to set mutual expectations so we both know what to expect, and so that our work together can be held with care and integrity. 1. Services Offered

Satya Bella offers in-person SoulSpa^™ women’s gatherings, breathwork sessions, Nia^® dance classes, meditation, and related personal growth experiences. All services are intended for relaxation, personal growth, and emotional support and are not a substitute for medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to participate in events or sessions offered by Satya Bella.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, images, design, and logo—is the intellectual property of Satya Bella unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

All services and information are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. Participation in any in-person event, class, or session is at your own risk. Satya Bella is not liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use or inability to use the Site or services.

5. Appointment & Event Cancellation Policy

Sessions and event reservations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of the session or event fee.

6. Changes to Terms

Satya Bella reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
